About Us

Founded in December 1971, Maison Monica Salon De Beaute is probably the oldest and most established salon in Sarawak. The headquarters of the organisation is situated at Kenyalang Park Shopping Centre in Kuching, with a branch at Jalan Tun Jugah, which was opened in May 2007.

Apart from offering hair-styling, bridal make up services, beautician consultancy, nail-related services, Maison Monica Salon is otherwise an integrated beautician organisation providing courses and training leading to both national certificates, such as JPK (MLVK) and international certificates and diplomas, such as CIDESCO (Swizterland), ITEC (UK) and CIBTAC (UK). Other certificate training includes Pivot Point (USA) Hairstyling Diploma, City & Guilds (London) hairdressing and beauty therapy awards.

Over the years, Maison Monica has provided the young people of Sarawak an opportunity to better themselves in their quest for professional hairdressing and beauty therapy training locally.
